Aging in cask containing 25 % of new casks, the ines will remain for a period of one year, where alcoholic fermentation will take place as well as malolactic fermentation, then they will be put into unification tanks for period of 7 months.
Pale yellow. The wine is intense, with a dense but supple mouth, ideally suited for ageing. Good acidity.
