Aging 1 year in oak barrels for the periods of alcohilic fermentation and malolactic fermentation, including 15 % new cask, then 2 months of unifying tank.
This Burgundy is crisp and has a nice acidity. It has lime, pear and peach aromas.
This wine is to be kept for a maximum of 5 years.
